Branding — Art Direction & Design

Following 15 years of establishing market recognition, the company initiated a rebranding effort. With the evolving real estate industry, it became crucial for the brand to adapt. By removing unnecessary complexities and outdated elements from the branding, the new identity created a fresh and transparent platform. This allowed internal staff and agents to adhere to an overall aesthetic, atmosphere, and level of quality that served as the defining features of the company's brand language.

I took charge of developing the company's new visual identity, which involved creating a framework to enhance creativity. This encompassed updating typography, color palette, advertising and editorial best practices, photography briefs, and business systems templates.

Refreshed Signage

The company had long been recognized in the Bay Area for its distinctive "black sign" and branding. As part of my strategy, I implemented a visually cohesive approach to all signage, utilizing a two-tone color scheme. This was done to ensure that agents and the public audience alike would feel a sense of familiarity and trust, while also presenting a more contemporary vibe.

Brand Advertisement

I developed comprehensive advertising campaigns that showcased individuals residing in exquisite properties across the Bay Area. These campaigns were designed to be inclusive, depicting people from diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, ages, and family units.
